Three things drive the gap. The first is supply. Only 144 PSA 10s are listed against 548 PSA 9s. The second is demand from collectors who want the best example of a Kobe card at a reachable price. The third is that foil-etched cards are tricky to keep flawless, so gem copies are hard to find.
